Simply the Best Exercise

Want to be healthy? Walking is the easiest way to exercise both physically and emotionally. Have a problem bugging you? Clear your mind with a walk. You might be surprised at how many creative ideas occur when you are walking.

Try just half hour per day. Even walking just three days a week will be beneficial. How do I know? I’ve been walking for 23 years. My doctor believes that is why I am still alive and functioning at the age of ninety.

So come on, start taking care of yourself by walking.
